Ada individu yang mengalami kedua-duanya secara bergilir, dan ada juga yang mengalami salah satu dengan lebih dominan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">1. Simptom Mania<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fasa mania menyebabkan seseorang menjadi terlalu aktif, bersemangat atau luar biasa gembira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Antara simptom mania ialah:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Terlalu gembira atau terlalu yakin diri<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bercakap sangat laju dan sukar berhenti<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Banyak idea muncul serentak<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kurang tidur tetapi masih bertenaga<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sangat aktif atau hiperaktif<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mudah marah atau agresif<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sukar fokus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Membuat keputusan berisiko tanpa berfikir panjang\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>contoh: berbelanja berlebihan, memandu laju atau bertindak impulsif<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Merasa diri sangat hebat atau berkuasa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Mania yang teruk boleh menyebabkan:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Halusinasi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delusi (kepercayaan yang tidak benar)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hilang kawalan terhadap tingkah laku<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">2. Simptom Hypomania<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hypomania ialah versi mania yang lebih ringan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Simptomnya hampir sama tetapi:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tidak terlalu teruk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Individu masih boleh bekerja atau belajar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kadang-kadang sukar disedari kerana nampak seperti \u201cterlalu bersemangat\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">3. Simptom Depresi<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fasa ini membuat seseorang merasa sangat sedih dan tidak bermaya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Antara simptom depresi ialah:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rasa sedih berpanjangan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hilang minat terhadap aktiviti harian<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cepat letih dan tidak bertenaga<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sukar tidur atau tidur terlalu banyak<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kurang atau terlebih makan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rasa bersalah atau tidak berguna<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sukar memberi perhatian<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Menjauhkan diri daripada orang lain<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mudah menangis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fikiran untuk mencederakan diri atau bunuh diri<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">4.
